At Classic Jewelers, every piece is custom made to order, crafted with precision and care to reflect the uniqueness of your story. Because of the personalized nature of our jewelry, each piece requires a production period before it is ready to ship.

Production

The approximately two-week production timeline begins once your order is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Please note that expedited production is not currently available.

Shipping

We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders. Once your piece has been crafted, it will be shipped via a trusted overnight carrier with tracking provided. Delivery timeframes begin after the production period is complete. International shipping is not available at this time.

Return Policy

We offer a 14-day window for returns or exchanges to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

Items must be unworn, in original condition, and include all original packaging. Please note that custom or engraved pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.

Process

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. To initiate a return, please contact sales@archundiajewelries.com with your order number. Once approved, returns must be shipped within 7 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
