• Express Shipping (2–3 business days): $14.99

International Shipping We ship worldwide! International delivery typically takes 10–20 business days depending on the destination and local customs processing times.

Important Note: Customs duties, taxes, import fees, and any additional charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping charges.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Return Policy

30-Day Return Window We want you to love every piece from Archundia Jewelries. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Eligibility for Returns

For a return to be accepted, items must meet these conditions:

• Items must be in original condition — unworn, unaltered, and undamaged
• Items must be returned in original packaging with all tags attached
• Custom, engraved, or personalized items are not eligible for return
• Items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned
• Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (unless defective)

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at sales@archundiajewelries.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and authorization.
3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.
4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order. In those cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

• All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt. Refunds will only be issued for items that meet our eligibility criteria.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable except when the return is due to our error or a defective item.
